Return Window

You may return your item within 3 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided the item meets our return conditions.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unworn and unused
In its original condition with all tags attached
In the original packaging
Accompanied by proof of purchase

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at insarafiq911@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return address for shipping the item back.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned parcel at our return address, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 1 business day to your original payment method.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or style, please contact us at insarafiq911@gmail.com and we'll arrange an exchange subject to availability.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
